All submittal documents (specifications, drawings, reports) must be provided in both English (USA) and German, with English taking precedence. Adherence to HOAI (German fee schedule) and U.S. Forces regulations (UFC, UFGS, Military Standards) is mandatory. Design submittals are required at 15% (Concept), 35% (Preliminary), 95% (Pre-Final), and 100% (Final) stages.
