Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide management, supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to sustain wheeled NOVEC 1230 Halocarbon fire extinguishers through scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, testing, and repair of deficiencies.

• Maintain existing fire extinguishers at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Randolph.

• Perform inspection, testing, recharge, maintenance, hydrostatic testing, and repair in accordance with NFPA 10, manufacturer specifications, and this PWS.

• Consolidate all fire extinguishers at a single, designated pickup and drop-off point on the installation.

• Contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, and transportation for pickup and drop-off.

• Specific extinguisher types include Model Code 755/766 NOVEC 1230 Amerex Halocarbon.

• Service Delivery Summary (SDS):
