The Government is seeking commercial partners to manage a large-scale, decentralized, or cohort-based training program. Key requirements include:

  • Class/Cohort Size: 20 to 50 students per class.
  • Performance Period: No Later Than (NLT) end of August 2026 to NLT July 2027.
  • Required Facility Standard: Verified Level 1 Trauma Center and/or Academic Medical Center integration.
  • Mandatory Curriculums (Accredited):
    • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - ENA standard.
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - AHA or equivalent.
    • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) - ACS standard.
    • Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Tier 2 (Combat Lifesaver - CLS) - DHA/JTS guidelines. Vendors providing TCCC Tier 2 must possess JTS authorization prior to contract award.

    • Scheduling Flexibility: How multiple overlapping training cohorts would be managed within the performance window.
