Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary components and labor for the installation of an additional badging system to support the Starfire Optical Range (SOR) construction building expansion (SALSSA) in Bldg 66048. Key tasks include:
- Re-installation of 7 existing Hirsch card readers and motion sensors.
- 1st Floor, Bldg 66048: Supply and install 14 new keypad readers w/motion sensors, 2 new scramble pad readers for read-in access w/motion sensors, access control panels & power supplies, and an electronic locking mechanism for double doors to the new mechanical room.
- 2nd Floor, Bldg 66048: Supply and install 11 new keypad readers w/motion sensors, and access control panels & power supplies.
- The system must connect and function with the existing Hirsch Access Control System (ACS) but not integrate with the current Lenel brand Intrusion Detection System (IDS).
