Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide all necessary materials, specialized tools, equipment, and labor to inspect, test, maintain, and repair the aircraft Liquid Propane Gas (LPG)-fueled fire trainer at Eglin AFB, Florida, ensuring serviceability and preventing deterioration.

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on one (1) constructed aircraft LPG trainer.

• Services include winterization (by October 31st) and de-winterization (by March 31st) annually.

• The base year requires 3 inspections: an initial startup inspection and two semiannual inspections.

• Major repairs (requiring part replacement due to failure, additional site visits, or costing over $2,500) and minor repairs (restoring capability without major parts replacement and costing under $2,500) are NOT included in this contract.

• Provide 24/7 toll-free telephone and online technical support for troubleshooting.
