Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to perform agricultural cleaning and pressure washing services for approximately 571 pieces of 3d MLR vehicles and equipment. This includes Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs), Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacements (MTVRs), High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs), Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs), generators, trailers, and various containers. All equipment must be 100% free of soil, sand, plant matter, insects, animal debris, oils, and gum to pass USDA and customs inspections on the first attempt.
Key requirements include maintaining a wash rack capable of accommodating at least twenty vehicles simultaneously with adequate pressure washing systems, water, drainage, and undercarriage cleaning capabilities. The contractor is also responsible for managing and disposing of petroleum-based products and hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations. No Government-Furnished Property or Equipment will be provided.
