Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the lease, deployment, installation, calibration, activation, operation, and ongoing support of four (4) MSS units. Key tasks include:
- Automated mosquito surveillance with AI-based species identification, targeting a minimum 95% accuracy for medically important vector species.
- Providing a cloud-based, Government-accessible dashboard with web and mobile compatibility for near-real-time data (within 1 hour of collection), species identification, and trap status.
- Delivering weekly summary reports and end-of-deployment reports.
- Conducting a minimum of two (2) on-site field validation visits per location.
- Remotely monitoring MSS units daily, resolving system faults or data interruptions within 6 hours, and maintaining all hardware, software, and AI classification components.
- Providing training to Government personnel on dashboard access, data interpretation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Retrieving all MSS units and restoring sites to their original condition upon completion.
