A Certificate of Conformance and applicable physical test results are required with each shipment. The non-manufacturer rule applies.

- Delivery: FOB Destination to UNICOR, Butner Cutting Operation-FMC, Butner, NC. Desired delivery is 45 days or sooner after each delivery order.
- Quantities: Guaranteed minimums are 72,000 yds for FAB0625 and 50,000 yds for FABAFSPM. Estimated/Not-to-Exceed quantities are 720,000 yds for FAB0625 and 500,000 yds for FABAFSPM. This is a DO-C9 rated order.
