Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This PWS outlines the requirements for Air Force Reserve Officers' Training Corps (AFROTC) Instructor Support Services (AFRISS). • Preparing and teaching Aerospace Studies Instruction, covering Air Force structure, mission objectives, and operational tactics.

• Providing instruction in accordance with AFROTC academic curricula and syllabi.

• Administering tests and ensuring students apply theory in practice.

• Planning and coordinating Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) and cadet physical fitness programs.

• Administering the AFOQT and assisting with cadet evaluations.

• Reviewing cadet academic degree plans and supporting cadet administrative functions (enrollment, scholarships, pay, medical, etc.).

• Assisting with resource management and tracking cadet pay and tuition.

• Supporting data entry into AFROTC information management systems (e.g., WINGS).

• Assisting with tracking of boards, award packages, and evaluations.

• Supporting inspections and operational evaluations.

• Assisting with recruiting and marketing events.

• Cadet class academic performance levels must meet or exceed AFROTC mean levels.

• Reporting: Monthly Status Reports (MSR) and Monthly Employee Rosters are required.
