Repairs: Routine repairs to be completed within 5 days of parts delivery, and emergency repairs requiring a 24-hour response and completion within 24 hours of parts delivery. This includes repairing five currently partially operational cooling air sleds (e.g., air blows but not cooled, oil leaks).
Associated Systems: Maintenance and repair of related air ducting, HVAC plumbing, and interior electrical control systems.

Special Requirements & Compliance
