Scope of Work
This effort requires the contractor to lead the integration to return two non-airworthy KA350ER aircraft (S/N FL-450 and FL-388) to a baseline airworthy configuration and install specified S&T modifications. Key tasks include:
- Restoration and Repair: Completing structural and system restoration, including mission interior, antenna relocation, oxygen system, landing gear overhaul, and winglet inspections/replacements.
- Modifications: Incorporating specific S&T modifications using Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) and engineering designs. This involves installing radomes, hard points, passthroughs, specialized antennas (Starlink, TACAN, GPS), drop hatches, and specialized mission equipment.
- Program Management: Providing comprehensive program management, technical oversight, integration support, configuration management, regulatory compliance monitoring, and progress reporting.
