    • Repair and replace broken/cracked Maranite burn cell liner in burn cells 1 and 2.
    • Rehabilitate floors on the roof, 3rd, and 2nd levels (cleaning, etching, anti-oxidation paint).
    • Install fall protection chain in both attic windows.
    • Repair the roof opening at repelling points with a stainless chain and locking carabiners.
