• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the highest technically rated offeror with a fair and reasonable price. Tradeoffs between cost and non-cost factors will not be considered. Evaluation factors are Technical, Past Performance, and Price, all of equal importance.

• This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside.
