This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) seeks a contractor to provide non-personal services for the comprehensive repainting of static display aircraft at Dyess Air Force Base. Scope of Work

The scope includes:

  • Surface Preparation: Scuff-sanding, corrosion treatment, cleaning, limited disassembly, and reassembly.

  • Markings and Insignia: Application of specific markings, insignias, and colors as detailed in Appendix 2 of the SOW.
  • Corrosion Control: Identification and treatment of corrosion on aircraft components and pedestal mounts.
  • Ancillary Services: Installation of bird/insect proofing, waste management, and site maintenance (e.g., removal of nests, smoothing rut marks).

Only offerors with the correct set-aside under NAICS 238320 will be considered.
