This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) order to be placed through the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time without obligation to reimburse offerors for any costs.

The technical proposal must address the following:

• Surface Preparation

• Corrosion Control

• Painting and Finishing

• Markings, Colors, and Insignia

• Quality Control

• Site Management

• The contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).

• Delivery is required within 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA), which is negotiable.

• Payment terms are NET 30 unless otherwise specified.

• Offerors MUST have the correct set-aside under the aforementioned NAICS to be considered for award.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for providing non-personal services for painting of the EB-47E Stratojet and AGM-28 Hound Dog Missile (Option) for the Dyess Air Force Base Airpark.
