This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the transport and delivery of gasoline and diesel fuel in bulk to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge in Kodiak, Alaska. The government is seeking to establish a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for these services, with potential for up to three awardees.
