This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 324199 (All Other Petroleum and Coal Products Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 950 employees. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The Government is not obligated to place orders beyond the $250,000 ceiling. Invoices will be paid via Government Purchase Card, or IPP for calls over $10,000. The US Fish and Wildlife Service is 100% tax exempt.
