Statement of Work (SOW)

To obtain parking services for Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs) attached to the ATF-Albuquerque Field Office.

• Provide reserved vehicle storage/parking spaces for government and personally owned vehicles.
• Require 15 on-site parking spaces.
• Provide secure vehicle storage/parking spaces of at least 3,600 sq ft for interior secured storage (Two-Vehicle Bay Storage).
• Offeror must provide 24/7 access to the parking facility.
• Parking facility must be located within a 4-mile radius of the field office.
• Implement controlled access to the secure vehicle storage/parking facility using an electronically controlled keypad and/or key-card reader at vehicle gates and pedestrian doors.
• Ensure parking garage and all access points are illuminated to a minimum of 10 foot-candle level for security and personal safety.
• Provide 24/7 video surveillance.
• Vehicles shall not be stored in separate units.
• The Two-Vehicle Bay storage shall include utility services and monthly cleaning services.

Base period: Time of award to March 31, 2027. Four (4) 12-month option periods: April 1, 2027 - March 31, 2031.

• Contracting Officer (CO)/Contract Specialist: Responsible for contract administration and approving changes. Will be identified at time of award.
• Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR): Will monitor technical aspects, perform inspections, maintain communications, and notify of deficiencies. Will be identified at time of award.

• Specific vehicle sizes required: 11'x 32' truck, 7’x17' Toyota Tacoma, 7’x11' Gator SUV, 11'x22' Haulmark Trailer, 7'x11' Dodge Caravan, 8'x17' Ford Taurus.

• Facility must be located within a fifteen-mile radius of the field office.

• Offer 24/7 access to the facility.

• Implement controlled access via electronically controlled keypad and/or key-card reader for vehicle gates and pedestrian doors.

• Ensure parking areas are illuminated to a minimum of 10 foot-candle level for security and safety.

• Provide 24/7 video surveillance.

• Base period: Time of award to March 31, 2027.

• Four (4) 12-month option periods: April 1, 2027 - March 31, 2031.
