Purchase Description

This document describes the specific equipment to be procured by the government: two Keysight Technologies Inc. E8257D PSG analog signal generators and two Keysight Technologies Inc. N9030B PXA Signal Analyzers.

E8257D PSG Analog Signal Generator (Qty: 2):

• Includes: PSG analog signal generator, KeysightCare Assured First Year Support, Standard adapter, Type-N M to 3.5mm F, and 1-year Return to Keysight Warranty.
• Specifications:
  • Frequency range: 250 kHz to 20 GHz
  • Options: E8257D-520, E8257D-1EU (High output power), E8257D-1E1 (Step attenuator), E8257D-UNT (AM; FM; phase modulation; LF output), E8257D-UNU (Pulse modulation), E8257D-007 (Analog ramp sweep), E8257D-1ED (Type-N (f) RF output connector), E8257D-1EM (Move all connectors to rear panel), E8257D-C09 (Moves all connectors to rear panel except for RF output).

N9030B PXA Signal Analyzer (Qty: 2):

• Includes: PXA Signal Analyzer, Multi-touch, KeysightCare Assured First Year Support, Getting Started and Troubleshooting Guide, 1-year Return to Keysight Warranty, Operating System: Windows 11 IoT LTSC.

• Specifications:

  • Frequency Range: 2 Hz to 26.5 GHz
  • Options: N9030B-526, N9030B-YAV (Screen video; log video; linear video).
  • Accessories: 1CP105A Rack mount flange and handle kit (177.0mm H (4U)).
  • Software: N90EMPSMB Power Suite Measurement Application, 12 months Node-locked KeysightCare software support subscription.

• Delivery: FOB Destination within 17 weeks ARO (After Receipt of Order).

• Warranty: 1-year manufacturer's limited standard warranty for parts and materials.

• Options: Includes an option for purchasing three (3) additional E8257D PSG Analog Signal Generators and three (3) N9030B PXA Signal Analyzers. This option can be exercised within twelve (12) months after contract award.

• Delivery Schedule: Between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm (EST), Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays and work curtailment days.

This solicitation (FA852326QB001) is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of Keysight Technologies Inc. E8257D PSG analog signal generators and Keysight Technologies Inc. N9030B PXA Signal Analyzers. This procurement is in support of the Electronic Combat International Security Assistance Program (ECISAP) Office at Robins Air Force Base.
