• Temporary AHU-18: Specific airflow, filtration, heating/cooling, and pressurization requirements are detailed in the AHU 18 requirements. Contractor is responsible for electrical service and controls integration.
• Existing BAS: Schnider EcoStruxure. Factory authorization is not required, but interface capability is. Contractor is responsible for front-end licensing, graphics, trending, and alarms.
• Crane/Roof Access: Lifting plans require approval. Coordination for relocation of employees below lift sites is required. Multiple crane mobilizations should be anticipated.
• Unforeseen Conditions: "Or equal" substitutions and dimensional deviations will be considered based on equal performance and maintenance clearances.
