The objective is to deliver operationally relevant analytic output, such as targeting packages and threat assessments, by fusing multi-source information into actionable, time-sensitive insights. The services aim to reduce reliance on fragmented tools and improve operational efficiency.

- Track and Geolocate: Real-time geolocation, pattern-of-life analysis, and positional awareness for mission targets.
- Threat Group Analysis: Identifying, categorizing, and mapping individuals and networks into operationally relevant threat groups.
- Multi-Hardware Observation: Maintaining continuity of observation across various devices and networks.
- Training: Mission-tailored briefings for HSTF NCC personnel.
- Reporting: Monthly usage reports, analytical summary reports, and ad hoc mission reporting.
