Scope of Work
DCSA's Entity Vetting Directorate (EV) and Counterintelligence (CI) Directorate require a software solution that provides comprehensive, data-driven business analytical capabilities. The tool must link disparate financial, corporate, and personnel data points via a single access point. Key functionalities include aggregating news, supply chain analysis, corporate structure data, litigation materials, market insights, and deep financial analysis for publicly traded foreign and domestic entities. This enables analysts to uncover connections, evaluate ownership, leadership, interlocking corporate relationships, business operations, financial viability, M&A activity, and identify risks across global markets.

Submission Details
Interested small businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than five pages) demonstrating their ability to perform the services. Responses should include business name, address, representative's name and title, type of small business, CAGE Code, UEI, and available contract vehicles.
