Industry Day Details
An Industry Day will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport Division (Building #80, 80 Fleet Access Rd, Newport, RI 02841). Check-in begins at 7:30 AM EDT, with the Government presentation and open Q&A session starting at 8:00 AM EDT. Individual company breakout sessions will follow, scheduled from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM EDT (20 minutes per session). Both the open Q&A and breakout sessions will be recorded.
Registration & Questions
Attendance at Industry Day is not mandatory to submit questions. Interested parties must email NAVSEABYG1APP@us.navy.mil with the subject "AN/BYG-1 Industry Day Registration - [Your Company Name]" to register or submit questions. The email must include company information, attendee details (max three per company), a request for a breakout session (if desired, with two POCs), and any initial questions. The registration and question deadline is 12:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Breakout session attendance must be confirmed by 12:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. The Q&A period for the Draft Solicitation closes on May 14, 2026.
Accessing Documents (CUI)
The Draft Solicitation and Industry Day brief are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and are only available via the Electronic Technical Information Center (E-TIC). Access requires an active user account and explicit permissions. Prospective Offerors need a Common Access Card (CAC) or DoD External Certification Authority (ECA) Certification, and must supply their JCP number. The JCP Data Custodian must apply for access via the AIMTC website (https://aimtc.nuwc.navy.mil), specifying 'NAVSEA PMS 425' as the supported branch/code, 'Chris Halterman' as Navy Sponsor POC, 'NUWCDIVKPT C432' as Navy Sponsor Code, and 'Prospective Offeror for the AN/BYG-1 Competition, JCP # ____________' as justification.
