Scope of Work
The requirement is for non-personal services to provide program management support, define and establish business processes, and develop, implement, and sustain plans for operations and maintenance of ANC/Office of Army Cemeteries (OAC) business systems, which contain Department of War (DOW) Cemetery data. This includes enterprise architecture support in accordance with the DOW Architecture Framework. The contractor will support the evolving Cemetery Management suite of cloud applications, manage IT-based systems for cemetery operations, and oversee the Change Control Board (CCB) and Enterprise Architecture Governance Board (EAGB). Key personnel include a Senior Project Manager, Senior Management Analyst, and Enterprise Architect. Deliverables include a Quality Control Plan, monthly status reports, and a Project Management Plan.
