This document is a justification for a sole source acquisition of anchor chain for TSV4 Narragansett. The acquisition is for a new Federal Supply Schedule task order to Lister Forge, with a firm-fixed-price order anticipated.

This is a sole source acquisition. Lister Forge is identified as the only known manufacturer in the United States that produces anchor chain to U.S. Navy standards and meets the specified requirements.
