Important Notes
- Amendment A0001 extended the offer deadline and clarified that Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) services are NOT required, as VA employees will fulfill these roles. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment.
- Bidders must comply with the "VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING - CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION," certifying that for services contracts, no more than 50% of the contract amount will be paid to non-VIP-listed SDVOSBs or VOSBs.
