Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide portable toilet services for the 197th Field Artillery Brigade (FAB) training at Fort Drum, New York, from May 31, 2026, to June 15, 2026.

• Provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for portable toilet services.

• Services include cleaning toilets, restocking toilet tissue, and replenishing water, soap, and paper towels in hand wash stations.

• Contractor will provide portable toilets and hand wash stations.

• Delivery of requested portable toilets and handwashing stations by 0800 on the start date, with removal on the last day.

• Meets standard 95% of the time for delivery and servicing.

• Services to be provided Sunday through Saturday, 0730-1630, excluding recognized US holidays or facility closures.

• Employees must comply with all installation access, security, and traffic regulations.
