Purpose & Scope
This market research aims to identify industry technologies and capabilities to provide 480 commercial-equivalent AN/PVS-14 NVDs, 480 Personnel Armor System for Ground Troops (PASGT) helmet mount assemblies, and one set of night vision spares. The AN/PVS-14 NVDs must feature white phosphor, and their Image Intensifier Tubes (IIT) must conform to U.S. Military Specifications (MILSPEC), passing Group A, B, C, and D lot testing.
