Confirmation of CMMC Level 2 certification obtained after quote submission but before award will not be accepted. Compliance is required for all subcontractors and/or suppliers at the time of quote submission.
  • Split Shipments: The government will not consider split shipments over a period of 4-6 months, despite extended delivery times for image tubes.
  • ITAR Export License: An ITAR export license is required prior to contract award, and proof of license application or approval is required as part of the quote submission.

• Image Intensifier Tubes: Only USA-made Image Intensifier tubes that meet U.S. Military Specifications (MILSPEC) are acceptable. Tubes manufactured outside the U.S. are not permitted.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirement for Night Vision Devices (NVDs), specifically AN/PVS-14 Monocular Night Vision Devices. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for the country of Georgia, under case GG-B-UDY. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

• Procurement of 922 AN/PVS-14 Monocular Night Vision Devices.
