Eligibility & Access

- CMMC Level 2 (C3PAO) Certification: Required at the time of quote. Offerors must provide their CMMC Unique Identifier (UID) upon request for drawings.
- SAM Registration: Required prior to award.
Submission & Evaluation
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation; no separate solicitation will be issued. Quotations must be submitted via email. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. To be technically acceptable, offerors must provide required quantities, and have and maintain both JCP and CMMC Level 2 (C3PAO) certifications. Past performance information in SPRS will be considered. Quotes received after the closing date will be ineligible for award.
