  • Hold a Certified General Appraiser license in New York.
  • Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser.
  • Be competent to perform the assignment, in conformity with the Competency Rule of USPAP.
  • Be independent of the transaction, with no direct or indirect interest.

A MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute is desirable but not required.
