Scope of Work
The required software, APRYSE ActivePDF, specializes in high-volume, automated document processing. Key capabilities include:
- High-Volume Document Generation: Creating thousands or millions of documents from dynamic data sources.
- Automated File Conversion: Converting various formats (HTML, Office, PostScript, images) into standardized PDF formats like PDF/A.
- Programmatic PDF Manipulation: Merging, splitting, rotating, or stitching multiple PDF files.
- Form Filling & Data Extraction: Dynamically populating PDF form fields and extracting data from completed forms.
- Security & Compliance: Applying AES encryption, digital signatures, and true redaction.
The contractor will also be responsible for providing training to DFAS employees on how to use the software. Training will primarily be conducted remotely, with on-site training only if absolutely necessary.
