This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. It serves as the only solicitation, and no written solicitation will be issued. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order for software.

• The procurement is for software that meets minimum specifications.

• Offerors must be a manufacturer or authorized reseller of the software.

• If a reseller, unique item numbers must be accompanied by OEM part/product numbers.

• Offerors must complete and return Appendix 1.

• The product must comply with Section 508 Accessibility Standards, specifically 1194.21 (Software Applications and Operating Systems) and 1194.31 (Functional Performance Criteria), and 1194.41 (Information, Documentation and Support).

• All software terms and conditions, and any seller terms and conditions, must be submitted with the offer.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order

• Period of Performance: 4/21/2026 through 4/20/2027

• Options: None

• Quotes are being requested.

• Evaluation will be based on the lowest priced offeror that meets minimum specifications and conforms to the solicitation.

• Offers must be submitted no later than 9:00 AM CST April 20, 2026.

• Submission instructions include registering in SAM.gov, providing CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and Tax ID Number.
