Quick Summary

The Department of the Army is soliciting proposals for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance, Repair, and Upgrade Services at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) and the U.S. Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National Cemetery (USSANC). Key upgrade requirements include control system replacement in the Visitor Center, Administration Building, and Memorial Amphitheater, with Building Automation System (BAS) upgrades to meet UFGS specifications. The scope also includes the replacement of a 5-ton HVAC unit in the ANC Administration Building's server room, adhering to ASHRAE Standard 90.4, to be completed within 30 days of Notice to Proceed. Scheduled duct cleaning (estimated 100-3500 linear feet annually) is also part of the scope. All work must comply with FAR, DFARS, AR, and ASHRAE standards.
