Scope of Work

The 37th Training Support Squadron (TRSS) requires comprehensive remediation cleaning services. This includes an initial deep cleaning approximately 30 days post-award, followed by biannual maintenance every six months. Services encompass cleaning all floors, walls, ceilings, workspaces, tool cabinets, office desks, janitorial closet, latrine, weapons storage racks, and wall lockers. Contractors must utilize HEPA filter vacuums and specific cleaning agents. Key tasks involve unbolting, cleaning, and reinstalling various fixtures, as well as supplying and installing three HEPA air purification systems during the initial deep clean. These systems must maintain a minimum of three air changes per hour, with annual filter replacement.

Key Requirements & Standards

Work must adhere to OSHA and EPA guidelines. HEPA filtration systems are required to capture 99.95% of airborne particles as small as 0.1 microns, with a verified Air Filtration Clean Air Delivery Rate of 915 sq ft. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with potential for Federal holidays and weekends. Contractors must work on half of the armory at a time to allow for continued Government operations, provide all necessary personnel and equipment, and designate an on-site project manager. The building layout provides dimensions and locations of items to be cleaned.

Responses must be received no later than Friday, April 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT).
