Submission & Evaluation
Quotes, if submitted by other sources, must include the solicitation number in the subject line, Quoter's Name and Cage Code, Point of Contact information, and a quote validity of 30 days. Submissions must be emailed to Ashlee Yawn at Ashlee.K.Yawn.civ@us.navy.mil. Faxes, mail, or SAM.gov responses are not acceptable. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, based primarily on price. Price analysis will be used to evaluate reasonableness.
