Scope of Work
USACE seeks an AI-enabled COTS SaaS solution for geotechnical borehole logging and data management. Key requirements include:
- Digital Field Data Entry: Application for tablets/laptops with real-time quality controls (per ASTM D2488) and offline capability.
- AI-Driven QC: Real-time cross-referencing of field data against lab classifications (per ASTM D2487) with discrepancy alerts.
- In-Software AI Assistance: Workflow guidance and basic troubleshooting for users.
- Data Integration: Custom export to OpenGround Cloud and ability to ingest/validate gINT files (.gpj).
- Legacy Data Digitization: AI image analysis for PDF/scanned historical data with QC.
- Spatial Data & Mapping: Project spatial data using valid coordinate systems, 3D mapping, and connectivity with industry-standard software (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, Civil 3D).
