- Capabilities: Details on transponders (power, lifespan, disposal, affixing, compatibility, security, maintenance, warranty, durability, temperature limits, dimensions, software, device type, manufacturing, operation in disaster conditions, availability through resellers/government contracts, satellite constellation compatibility, multi-modal operation).
- Network: Information on satellite, cellular, or hybrid networks, data feeds, plans, subscriptions, sellers/resellers, coverage, and potential unavailability.
- Management Support Services: Methods for coordinating and managing GPS devices, data feeds, XML interfaces, personnel training, reporting, visibility, and transitioning/supporting existing FEMA GPS devices. This also includes managing positioning data, adjusting ping frequency, reducing costs, and suggestions for advancements.
