The contractor will also provide training for staff on system use and maintenance.
Key Requirements
- Equipment: Includes display monitors, projectors, speakers, cameras, control systems, digital signage players, cables, and NIAP-Approved KVM switches. All equipment must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant.
- Security: Prohibited wireless capabilities (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC) for displays, projectors, and speakers in secure areas. Government approval is required for display make/model in secure areas. Fiber-optic cable is required for video signals crossing facility control lines in secure areas.
- Installation: Professional installation adhering to industry standards, including mounting, connection, configuration, calibration, testing, and cable management.
- Programming: Touch screen control panels must be programmed for ease of use, controlling functions like display on/off, source/destination, camera controls, VTC codecs, and volume.
- Integration: Contractor is responsible for ensuring end-to-end compatibility, including network connection and control system configuration.
- Training: System training for up to five individuals on startup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Warranty: A 1-year warranty on all labor is required.
