Key Requirements & Submission

• Offerors not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM) must provide OEM name, CAGE, and a signed letter of authorization as a distributor.
• Provide repair price as Estimated (EST) for the full repair effort.
• Vendor must complete a Teardown & Evaluation (TD&E) within 90 days of carcass receipt and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote for repair.
• Quotes must include the cost of new (actual or estimated) for evaluation.
• Specify any exceptions (e.g., MIL-STD Packaging, Inspection & Acceptance locations).
• Include Teardown & Evaluation Rate, Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT), Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date.
• The contract will be DO certified under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
• Compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level Requirements is mandatory.
• Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program applies.
