Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, equipment, labor, materials, and supplies for the complete installation of a new audiovisual system. Key tasks include:
- Disconnecting and removing existing obsolete AV equipment.
- Coordinating product deliveries, loading, placement, installation, and assembly.
- Installing, configuring, and conducting full system testing to verify audio clarity, coverage, projector performance, and microphone/signal integrity.
- Providing basic operational orientation for designated school staff.
- Ensuring proper disposal of packing materials and daily waste removal. Deliverables include a fully installed and operational projection and sound system for both the gym and cafeteria, with all equipment mounted and wired per specifications, functional testing complete, and systems commissioned for daily use. Documentation of warranty terms and conditions is also required.

Offerors must comply with DIAR 1452.280-1 (Notice of Indian small business economic enterprise set-aside) and 1452.280-4 (Indian Economic Enterprise Representation). All personnel must be United States citizens and speak fluent English.
