Scope of Work

The Government seeks contractors to update and resolve programming issues with existing Auditorium A/V equipment. The requirement includes utilizing already installed equipment and cabling to the maximum extent possible, while also providing and installing new state-of-the-art A/V equipment. New equipment must be interoperable with existing systems not being replaced.

Anticipated equipment to be replaced or installed includes:

  • Video Processing Switcher, Rack Kit
  • HDMI Transmitter, HDMI Receiver, HDMI to USB Interface
  • Serial Control Module, Controllable PDU
  • Catchbox Plus System, Dual Channel Receivers with Body Packs and Microphones
  • Handheld Transmitters, Charging Sets, Antennas and Transmitters

The scope also covers the installation and programming of all new and existing equipment, along with a three (3) year standard support/maintenance plan.
