Scope of Work
This requirement involves the procurement, installation, integration, programming, and testing of a complete AV system. The system must be compatible with existing command conference rooms.
Major equipment to be installed includes:
- Two (2) Samsung 85" Crystal UHD Displays
- Two (2) Samsung 75" Crystal UHD Displays
- Four (4) Chief Tilt Wall Mounts
- Biamp Devio MRB-L-SCX400-C Large Meeting Room Bundle (with mics, speakers, cabling)
- One (1) Huddly L1 Camera Kit
- One (1) HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4
- Atlona distribution amplifier and transmitter/receiver kits
- StarTech 8-Outlet Industrial Power Strip
- Necessary Kramer HDMI/USB cables, patch cables, and installation hardware.
Installation services encompass: mounting displays, installing audio/video components, programming, cabling, integration, and neat cable management. The client will provide a clean, accessible room with existing 120V power and network connections.

Submission & Evaluation
