A determination by the Government not to modify the current award based on responses is solely at their discretion.

GovPlace, LLC is the incumbent contractor, and the sole source justification is based on the urgent need for operational continuity and the technical risks associated with transitioning to a new cloud provider within the required timeframe. NIH OPA's existing AWS environment is uniquely configured and operates under a current ATO. Contractors must be registered and have valid certification through SAM.gov to receive an award.
