Evaluation
This acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 12 procedures. Award will be made to the vendor with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP) whose quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements. Price is the only evaluated factor. The government intends to award without interchanges but reserves the right to conduct them.
