Delivering annual supplies, equipment, and training vouchers, including online certification courses for Vindicator IDS, Operator, and ACS.
Supporting a 1-year, 15-incident Advanced Technical Support Agreement for emergency service calls.
Verifying system operation after repairs, providing reports, recording service calls, making recommendations, and updating electronic drawings.
