Scope of Work

- Design and installation of new 6-foot-tall, brown vinyl-coated chain-link fencing with brown slats.
- Installation of swing gates as specified for Buildings 158 (8'x6') and 530 (4'x6').
- Disposal of all waste and debris off-base in accordance with regulations.
Performance standards require fences and gates to withstand 90 mph wind speeds, meet specified ASTM standards, and be installed plumb and aligned. A one-year warranty on materials and workmanship is required.

Evaluation Factors
Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in clause 52.212-2 (Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services) found in Attachment 2. Submissions must include a Quote (total price from the Pricing Schedule) and a Capability Statement in accordance with the Statement of Work.
Special Requirements
- Contractor must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor, with all materials being contractor-furnished and new.
- No advanced payments will be made.
- Compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination No. 2015-5157, Revision No. 29, is mandatory for labor costs.
- Contractors must adhere to Department of the Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH) Standards and base access procedures, including obtaining personnel clearances and passes (EAL form provided).
- Prohibited materials include mercury, toluene, chlorinated solvents, carcinogens, and Class 1 Ozone Depleting Chemicals.
