Scope of Work

- On-site sample collection by contractor staff.

- Submission of water quality sampling results to the Utah Division Drinking Water via the Compliance Monitoring Data Portal.
- Preparation and submission of an Annual Drinking Water Quality Consumer Confidence Report.
- Provision of draft public notices for any permit violations.
