• The RFQ closing date has been extended. Questions will be accepted until 4:00pm (ChST), 5 May 2026, and answers will be posted by 8 May 2026. The response to the RFQ is due no later than 11:00am, Chamorro Standard Time (JST), 13 May 2026.

• The quote shall remain valid until 30 September 2026.

• The deadline for submitting quotations has been extended to 13 May 2026.

• The validity period for submitted quotes has been extended to 30 September 2026.
