This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of two (2) Backpack Electrofishers. The solicitation is a firm-fixed price, Small Business set-aside.

• Two (2) Backpack Electrofishers per attached specifications.

• Sellers must be the manufacturer or a federally authorized distributor.

• Must demonstrate capability of delivering the entire order within 60 days from award date or as pre-arranged.

• Sellers may be required to provide documentation as proof of authorization.

• Shipping and handling costs must be included in the unit price and itemized on the quote.

• Period of Performance: 04/24/2026 to 04/30/2026.

• Quotations must be submitted via email to Chantal Bashizi at the address in Block 5a.

• Deadline for submission: 04/30/2026 at 1700 ED.

• Quotes must include the bidder's UEI number, a detailed product description, warranty information, and a copy of the return policy.

• To be considered for award, all attached documents and specifications must be reviewed and followed.

• Small Business set-aside.

• This is a quote request, not an order.

• The government is not committed to paying any costs incurred in preparing the quotation.

• Supplies are of domestic origin unless otherwise indicated.

• Representations and/or certifications attached to the RFQ must be completed.
