The Statement of Work (SOW) details extensive agency-specific requirements for the Vet Center space, including:
- Fully serviced lease: Utilities, janitorial, basic cable, high-speed internet Wi-Fi, and a comprehensive security and CCTV system with monitoring and maintenance.
